Description
The Serebryanskyy forest line has not moved in over a week, with Russian forces entrenched all over, Ukrainian forces have been unable to make any meaningful excursions into the forest. Voron 2-1 is tasked with entering through a newly found weak spot in the Russian defenses, and sabotaging enemy forces behind the line to enable a full frontal assault on the forest.
Drone footage (provided below) has identified some Russian positions, including a field HQ, a possible artillery position and other positions with unknown purpose.
12th SOB "Azov" will be conducting assaults on various positions starting at 0525, it is critical that any enemy support elements are destroyed to minimise friendly casualties.
Tasks
- Locate, and destroy enemy positions.
- Destroy enemy equipment.
- Conduct reconnaisance on enemy entrenchments.
- Locate any useful intel.
- Regroup, and leave the area safely.
Remarks
- Various enemy units are confirmed deployed in the area, currently known are conscript units, VDV forces, and an unidentified SOG. No reports of vehicles due to difficult terrain.
- Very heavy enemy presence in area, recon units confirm constant patrols.
- Due to the nature of this operation, there are no available reinforcements to the squad (one life).
- Enemy forces are known to use jammers, it is likely that there may difficulties using drones and radios.
- Enemy has air superiority, and friendly units have reported to have been attacked by FPVs and Lancets.
- ROE is at the squad's discretion. There is one friendly unit known to have been conducting operations in the area. No contact with this unit at this time.
- Friendly forces identify themselves with yellow and blue armbands. Enemy forces have been reported with red armbands.
